1. Refund Eligibility:
Users are eligible for a refund only if they request it within 7 days from the date of purchase or subscription.
Refunds will not be provided after 7 days of purchase, except in cases of technical issues that are not resolved within a reasonable period (as outlined below).

Refunds will only be processed if the following conditions are met:
The user has not accessed more than 50% of the content available in the subscription.
The app or content is not functioning due to technical issues that were not resolved by the user within a reasonable time frame.
No previous refund has been requested within the same calendar year for the same service.
4. Non-Refundable Cases:
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
If the user has accessed more than 50% of the content or used the app extensively.
If the user fails to comply with the terms and conditions of the app (e.g., violating usage guidelines or sharing login credentials).
If the user has changed their mind after using the content or services.
If the user requests a refund due to personal reasons, such as academic or personal schedule changes.
5. Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (e.g., credit card, UPI, etc.).
If the original payment method is unavailable or invalid, a store credit may be issued for future purchases.
General Terms and Conditions
1. User Eligibility:

Upon subscription, users are granted access to video content for lab experiments designed for CBSE and other science students in grades 11 and 12.
The subscription to Class 12 Lab is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, and will expire automatically at the end of the 12-month term unless renewed by the user.
Users are not allowed to share, distribute, or download the video content without explicit permission.
Users should refrain from reverse engineering or altering the app or its content in any unauthorised way.
4. Content Accuracy and Updates:
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.
Content may be updated periodically to align with curriculum changes or feedback from users, and users will be notified about significant updates.
5. Technical Support:

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Thrissur, Kerala, India., and users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
