Account Deletion – Class 12 Labs App

LearnerSpot allows users to create an account within the mobile application.
Users have the right to request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your Class 12 Labs account, please send an email to:

Subject: Account Deletion Request – Class 12 Labs Mobile App

Please include:

  • Registered Mobile Number used in the Class 12 Labs App
  • Registered Email Id used in the Class 12 Labs App
  • User Name

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • User account information
  • Profile details
  • Any personal data associated with the account

Data Retention

Some data may be retained if required by law, regulation, or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention), in accordance with applicable laws.

Deletion Timeline

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days after verification.
